Advance Payment

It is a transaction in which the importer pays the exporter before the goods are shipped. It is the most advantageous payment method for exporter as exporter ships the goods only after collection of the invoiced amount. On the part of importer, it bears the highest risk as the importer pays the invoiced amount before delivery of the goods.
