Whistleblowing Policy

Burgan Bank A.Ş. (the Bank) has established a reporting mechanism (Whistleblowing Hotline) to ensure that suspicions related to matters that may fall within the scope of fraud or violations of Banking Ethical Principles are properly taken into consideration. In this regard, a Fraud Reporting Policy and related procedures have been developed. Any such reported suspicions will be carefully reviewed and concluded by the Bank’s Management.
