Our Compensation Policy

We determine our compensation policy through the Board Appointment and Remuneration Committee, ensuring fair remuneration aligned with employees’ competencies, responsibilities, and market conditions. Integrated with the performance evaluation system, this policy aims to increase employee engagement and motivation.

Our Employee Leave Policy

In accordance with Labor Law No. 4857, we provide annual paid leave rights based on seniority. We ensure that employees in critical positions take at least two consecutive weeks of leave.

We support organizations such as AÇEV and Darüşşafaka on special occasions. Our Volunteer Club actively participates in social projects throughout the year.
